Airedale Terms and ConditionsThank you for choosing to book with Airedale. We look forward to welcoming you. When you make this booking you are entering an agreement with us. Please read our terms and conditions of booking below.Prices:The price includes accommodation plus any board indicated. Unless clearly stated on the booking form all extras such as additional meals are costed separately. We accept the following forms of payment: cash, cheque (deposit only), debit cards, credit cards.Pets:Pets are not permitted.Smoking:Current legislation states that by law smoking is not permitted on the premises. You can smoke in the front garden area. Cancellation and Insurance:Once you have booked your stay, our agreement is a contract and any deposit you may have paid is non-refundable. If you need to cancel please contact us immediately. For cancellations made up to 7 days before your booking you will not be liable for the total balance. For cancellations made after this time or by failing to take up the booking without cancelling you will be liable for total amount. For this reason you may wish to take out cancellation insurance, which is inexpensive and can be obtained from any good broker. Non-availability: We would only cancel your booking if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would attempt to offer you alternative accommodation, however if this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.Arrival:Your accommodation will be available from 12 noon on the day of arrival, unless otherwise arranged. Please let us know if you plan to arrive after 3pm.Departure:Please be ready to leave your accommodation by 10.00am on the day of departure, unless otherwise arranged. Your bill for any extra services taken during your stay is payable on departure. Damages and Breakages:Please take care with our accommodation. You are responsible and liable for any breakages, damages or additional cleaning which you cause to the accommodation or its contents. Please report these as soon as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we may send you an invoice for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant, and we may make an additional charge if you did not report this. Please also note as with all guest houses and other public places, that Airedale Guest House can be held responsible and liable by law for individuals or parties smoking on the premisis. It is always our intention to resolve related matters amicably and without any recourse however anyone found smoking within the building may be asked to leave without refund, also a 50.00 (GB Sterling) deep cleaning charge will be made for each room. We ask that you respect the law and PLEASE refrain from smoking in the building.Liability:We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.Data:Any data gathered during the course of this booking may be held on computer and not disclosed to any third party. We look forward to welcoming you to Airedale.

Access Statement •Drop-off point available outside main entrance, with a step to negotiate measuring 100mm to the pavement. •Roadside parking available between the hours of 5pm and 9am Monday to Saturday. Between 5pm and 12 midday Sundays. With parking vouchers at all other times. •Entry to the property via a small step from pavement to pathway measuring 40mm in height. •A second small step measuring 100mm in height is present leading from the pathway to the front door. •Front door is single leaf and 850mm in width. •Checking in can take place in alternative area to hallway if required, e.g. dining room, or guest accommodation. •Rooms on first, second and third floors via staircase. •Staircase has a minimum width of 660mm and a maximum width of 700mm, with steps that are 180mm in depth. •The staircase to first floor consists of 13 steps. All further staircases vary in numbers from 4 to 10 steps.•Handrail available for support. •Staff available to assist guests •Room doors are not less than 670mm in width and match in colour to their surround. •Television in rooms (with teletext for people with hearing impairments?) •Rooms have good colour contrasting. •Light switches are from 1280mm to 1500 mm in height and power points in rooms from a minimum of 100mm to 900 . •Dining room has chairs with firm back support. •Information available in alternative formats by prior arrangement. •Assistance dogs welcome. •Half mile to the shopping centre and National Coach Station. •Public buses at approximately 200 yards for all directions •All major mobile phone networks availability in the rooms •Less than 1 miles to the Train Station
